I don't think there is a conspiracy and  never have. They made an alteration (with FDA approval) and missed that mark. There are positives somewhere but are there enough?
Have you been in contact with the company? If so, what have they told you? How long will it take to go through the "mountain of data".
No reference/idea is being given and so we are left to specuate. What is your speculation?
