NEWS on the lead "IR" here on the EDT bullbored...

NEWS on the lead "IR" here on the EDT bullbored...There is much to learn about this mysterious character called "Josh19"

The poster who first appeared to us In August 2016 - claiming to be a newbie/novice investor looking for direction on EDT.  Coincidently he manifested himself on the same day the stock fell about 30% in 15 minutes.
For a few weeks he coaxed in new investors by posting everything he could find about the company and it's history, and shared it openly on the board. Very "pro" Spectral was our newbie Josh.  Josh remained steadfastly "pro" EDT and it's management through Septemeber 2016.

On that fateful day in October 2016, Josh was devastated by his instantaneous loss.  Josh went on a public rant about Dr. Walker and published an open letter to him on SH. Curiously a few weeks later he started to excuse everything that Management had said in September 2016 and October.  He strongly suggested that that investors should only rely on information that had been formally and publicly disclosed in NR's by the company since October 3rd (and nothing more). Except of course the allowable Seeking Alpha concerns raised years before (as we will see later as his character evolves)

Around that time Josh disclosed that he was a McGill graduate in medical reseach (not such a newbie after all apparently).  He became the Board's biggest proponent of Spectral. He even introduced at least one other character to the Board - DearestEmma - who had a slightly different but similar perpective to Josh19.  Together the split pesonality duo engaged actively with other posters on the Board, including each other.  They suggested (with his medical background and knowledge of research) that Spectral indeed had the numbers and science behind them to get at least secure a conditional approval.

Then suddenly, as a result of some careless posting, Josh19 "outed" himself on the Board and fessed up to his dual identity.  Desperate to rebuild his credibility, he also announced that he was the author of several research papers for Oxford University (that famous one in the UK one presumes)  Being rightfully ostracized, and bereft of all credibility, he disappeared for a spell.  Shortly thereafter he reappeared to announce that he had sold his entire position, and wished everyone good luck.

He then returned in about a month for another complete about face and announced that everything he had told us about the Company's ability to achieve statistical and clinical significance, was in fact a lie....and that they had no shot with the FDA.

In his final piece de resistance he announces that he is reporting the company to the OSC,  presumably with a view to suing the company and Dr. Walker.

Never before have I seen someone characterized by such extremes. From newbie to expert. From staunch advocate, to vile critic (back to staunch advocate, back to vile critic again) . From identity shamer to self admitted multiple personality disorder sufferor. From self appointed "clarifier of all things Trial related" to FUD (fear, uncertaintly and doubt) creator.  From friend to foe.

Gosh you'd almost think someone here has a historical axe to grind and/or an Agenda.

May he get the help he needs.

PS  Most readers will recognize me as someone that has been very critical of Managment decisions, particularly as it relates to SH disclosure and marketing. However I very much believe in the science, and the extreme need for some sort of solution for Sepsis (even a partial solution is better than none).  I firmly believe that Spectral is on to something. Particularly if they consider the opinions of world renowned experts such as Ronco, Vincent, Kellum et al.  Their reaction in Italy will be telling
