They surely have a plan. Would me/you have liked that they had got back on a higher level of the NASDAQ? OF COURSE. Did we/they know about the pandemic (which when the news was released last week would have shot us up a lot farther, I realize)? OF COURSE NOT! A missed opportunity? Yeah.
But their plan probably includes a upshot on the NASDAQ closer to the time when TRIAL 3B is nearer to completion!
So get REAL!
