RE:With InfoMed being a private operation....Thanks to MM for finding this piece. Details are very slow to populate the investor's screens. We first saw the SAMI unit in San Diego in March 2015 thanks to our consultant and the incomparable Claudio Ronco, perhaps the planets most famous nephrologist. Here are a few points of discussion.........
- how much are the consumables? They are high margin opportunities for sure. Will Toray jump in and become a manufacturer? Thanks again MM, never considered Toray as a player until your R&D
- will clinics and long term care homes start loading up on the fully approved DIMI opportunity?
- with 250 million fully diluted EDT shares, do we spin out 25 million Dialco shares and give all shareholder 1 for every 10 EDT shares they own?
- the above scenario would value Dialco at < 3% that of Outset or OM on Nasdaq
- the spinning out of Dialco is a massive opportunity, it is being protected and will land exactly where they want it to land in my opinion. Yesterday just another step in the set up. Somebody(s) will get a wonderful appetizer to launch the program
Nasdaq? Why not, we have multiple existing FDA approvals and other Canadian players are trading on the Nas as phase 1 and 2 companies in the experimental phase with market caps in the Billions, no revenue and extreme hype
We are a different kettle of fish, build a wall around the opportunity and only invite certain peeps to the party
Good news is that it is ALL about the commons and we All have access, some just have far more comfort in laying down their cash
Now my largest Spec holding, as long as MULTIPLE FDA aprovals dont disqualify the SPEC designation
Best,
IG
