Cash on Hand might be worth a look, in case the Cheif Enrichment Officer is looking to "up" his alotment as a kind of "up yours" to the ones that brung 'em (incl all those nice western folk).

- continuing to exceed expectations? What are expectations exactly?
These are the things upon which the 6 Million PSU's granted to the Locomotive Engineer and Conductor depend (most likely - although we may never know just how motivational they really are)
