I suggest Toray and Birch Hill get involved in the Fiduciary Process and rather quickly, given Spectral Medical is a TSX listed company, I find it near impossible to believe other TSX listed companies, like say BMO, would allow such corporate acitivity, this would include "accounting choices", other decisions around "disclosure" IR activity, including calls made directly to shareholders and such, but certainly it would run far beyond anything I have time to type.
I calculate 3 patients enrolled in the first ~ 25% of 2022 over what now reports on US trials.gov as 14 recruiting locations, many of which are very high profile hospitals here in the US...it gets better, so stay with me Donnie...
We reported the Colorado Springs location as recruting two patients in one month. This leaves 1 patient enrolled over the balance of the 11-14 active sites for 2022....Hmmmmm?? I noted the comment from the "executive" stating that our
