650 000 options @ .36 was the last grant to a "seasoned CFO"this equates to an approxiamte $235 000 CAD signing bouns.

Bear in mind, this bonus was paid to a wonderful executuve with yet to be recognized past experience in the bio-game.  Curious to see what the knew CFO will be "doled" as part of his welcome package.

It has been my opinion, that giving an extraordinary amount to "one", allows for any subsequent, albeit FAR LARGER ( see Rischard's 75K "package" at .395 ) to look somewhat "pedestrian"

THREE important factors in delivering HUGE and previously "Unmatched" signing bonuses / rewards for shrinking market capitalization.

1 ) Trememdous "camo", I see nothing wrong with 400K @.46 when 650K were previosuly delivered ... use your maffe skills Keefe to plug in subsequent handouts...follow process .. rinse and repeat ( TM Beech Boys )

2 ) Salted wound factor - NOHTING better to strengthen your grip on those outside the inner circle than record gilfts for those performing at "un-presidented" levels of financial efficacy.

3 ) IF $ucceess is mysteriously located ( see addition to multiple FDA approvals, major farma relationships, FDA trial advancement and undisclosed content from reported "exceeding expectation" ) the business acumen from the "Knew Regime" will clearly allow any past inability to gorw company to be declared "great science, but lacking the required 21st century buisness acumen" ( or words to this intended effect )

Indeed, ALL IN mY humble, yet unchallenged "retail shareholder understanding of this "game", it would seem a "hat trick" of sorts has aligned for our current most professional and intelligent group of knew executives to earn each and every reward.  Quite the potential story ... then again we di see a 12.5 CAD PHM.V before they "righted the ship" and went on to 20 - BAG.  Of course, the fact we have some overlapping players in both stoires is NO indicator of future success..DO YOUR OWN dew diligwnce and NEVER take financial advice from the internet or any apparent "House Band" working a 20 YEAR GIG on a public stock forum.
