If DaVita was to take SAMI and DIMI it would allow them their own proprietary answer for in clinic treatment and at home treatment. Their existing equipment suppliers may become obsolete if replaced by SAMI. But DaVita would control their own destiny which is always desirable.
Perhaps the real gem in Spectral is Dialco. Baxter or DaVita could acquire now and complete the 35 person trial in record time. After all Baxter went start to finish with ST Set from Emergency Use to full approval during COVID.
