Trading on as Yet Released Insider Information is CRIMINAL!

Trading on as Yet Released Insider Information is CRIMINAL!Hmm, I am also quite close with one of the original Report On Business editor's to leave the Globe for the National Post. I coached his son for 10 years in Triple A hockey.

He'd love to hear this story in the context of Spectral's most impressive commercial win dislosed Monday morning, in a medical space where their technology is so damn  highly coveted by their immensely larger competition. He's an Ivey Business School Grad, he's quite intuitive. We invest together.

Breaching, or publicly attempting to breach,  the covenant of extreme confidentialty that a coporate takeover demands is a very, very serious criminal offence. I'll have some more colour around that after my round tomorrow. Sometimes a hypothetical discussion, detailing exacly what happended yesterday morning, and yes I do know exactly what happened, can be elightening and the penalties for this behaviour will be equally enlightening.

I'm very intrigued to hear the Who, The What and the Why.

Come Monday, I wil know. You can bet your last fuc*ing dollar on that. And by extension, everyone will know.
