My NPV on the ARC deal alone is $1.48 using a 65% penetration rate across all their sites x a conservative EBIDITA figure x a conservative industry multiple x and divided by some other minor variables... factoring in zero annual ARC growth in sites...

Yep, I'll never show my calcs for free but that is what I have come up with....
