This is now an incredibly, stupidly successful private COMMERCIAL operation, with SAMI winning major American contracts, that allows a tiny, tiny, tiny bit of retail participation to invest in by virtue of requiring the odd public market financing... which are also entirely private BTW.

Commercially successful at monetizing investors. Revenues fell from 400k to 200k last quarter. Did I read that right? Maybe pull up the press release and show me the commercial success.

Operating as a public company is also the easiest way to sell the entity in the manner in which they will choose to.

Sure they have loaded up on PSU's. That is fantastic news that they chosen to do so! This is how a micro cap induces people like Dr Kellum and Sam Amory to leave incredibly highly paid and Globally enormous profile positions to join a 32 person CANADIAN operation.

In other words it's really nice that they shovelled an unprecedented amount of cheap options... because... well because that's good for the people that will pay for them to make sure management gets rich. Also because funds paid more at the 40 cent financing last year with real money only to have these guys bring out wheelbarrows of cheap shares for free for themselves... and funds will do that at 40 cents this year... gTFOHhhhhh
