Reminder on the last two FDA - related pieces of the puzzle (really 1.5):
One is described as "a when not if event" and the other will be determined by a "Confirmatory Trial" that is "exceeding expectations", wherein enrolment is set to accelerate appreciably (due to fall flu season and increase Sepsis incidences, protocol changes, increased number of trial sites, etc.)
