RE:RE:RE:i-Dialco MM and Rev - both of you are posters I have a lot of respect for. Do we have any facts relating to Infomed throwing in the rest of the world into the JV deal with Spectral? Obviously that would change the perception of the deal. But at this stage the only facts we have are through the news release of Dec 13 - that only mentions North America. So how does the rest of the world factor in? I would have thought if the deal included the rest of the world Spectral would have said so.
This just underscores the terrible lack of disclosure by Spectral on this matter. I have looked on Sedar yet again today and there is no disclosure of the material agreement that must be disclosed between Spectral and Infomed. If you believe the rest of the world is included in the deal can you clarify directly with management? Thanks.
