RE:Canadian Disclosure LawThanks hmmmmm. I just looked on Sedar and there is nothing. So we don't have adequate governance and we don't have adequate disclosure. These are facts - not opinions.
This is a public company and subject to public company laws. Time to comply with obligations and requirements. This is not a voluntary thing it's required. Any loss that any shareholder bears due to non-disclosure can be recovered from those that have not complied with their statutory duties.
If the guys want to operate as a private company then take this private. I think GORF is outside the value at $52 a share. MM is spot on at the $8 to $10 a share. So far the weak disclosure of Dec 13 press release suggests the company is better off with the Infomed deal so MM valuation may be light if that's true. The $1.90 per share value is from an insider (Paradigm) that has shown a tight connection to our renegade management. Thus, any opinion from them must be taken out of the mix as purely biased.
So either treat us with the respect we are due by complying with public company laws or offer us true fair market value if you want to operate as a private company.
