A high percentage of the small number of Cdn. shareholders that own Spectral are disappointed with Seto's ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively. While still others believe that there is a deliberate feigning of such disappointment ( for particular and perhaps nefarious purposes)
Real or not, I personally think this is a red herring issue stirred up by one or more plants. To ChesterLives point, it's pretty much ALL about the known ( to very few) outcome, that needs to somehow fit into Baxter's burgeoning agenda according to their own timelines.
