Biotech investors in the US have no problem speculating on the success of various drugs or devices, even when the end decision ( by the FDA) is years away.
Realistically Spectral will now have a result in this year ( see Paradigm ) yet they've waited until the bitter end to go on Nasdaq? With no ability to even split? Please!
All those calling for a reverse split vote are participating in the smokescreen. In the same way that those saying it was impossible to do because of enrolment stats, is an excuse.
One logical buyer? yes. Only one potential buyer? Probably not.
lots of Companies are looking for a lucrative future stream of cash flows in the billions ( protected and rubber stamped by the FDA )
But it's high time to execute the endgame or announce the strategy, instead of dancing around the topic of a US listing .
