I'm all for more disclosure except when it comes to info that could potentially scuttle a partner's ability to make an offer for the whole enchilada and or in any way jeopardize a favourable ruling from the FDA, this close to the finale. 

I'm also in favour of you finally getting a clue rather than always searching for conspiracies that aren't there.
