But to be precise, I didn't say major and/or medium size SH entities will not be part of the privatizing deal. Terms will be discussed behind our backs between potential partners and those who agree to the terms will be involved in the private partnership. That's not hard to understand, even for you.
But they will be able to get rid of a bit of unnecessary financial burden by doing away, on the cheap, with individual SHs and unwilling larger investors.
But before anything, if you want to play the "how could those big investors let anything of the sort happen?" card, you will have to explain in detail how they let this stock rot for years and this company invest and divest in the DIMI adventure and the trial drag and the float get out of hand, and management be rewarded for decreasing the real market value of the compagny, etc.
Yeah, I didn't think so, because you would already have addressed this disconnect if it had been on your mind, which only proves you are not here to "discuss" the pros and cons of investing in EDT, but to put an empty postitive spin on it.
