Conspiracy theories = sour grapes. I'm basing these remarks on BJ's post to one of the resident bashers.
Why would Toray, Birch Hill, Walker, Kellum, Baxter et al risk their reputations on trying to bamboozle a few minority shareholders ?
Answer . They wouldn't !
Sounds like the disgruntled FUD purveyors are running low on material having exhausted their tired old themes of yesterday such as :
a) Mgt incompetance ( no protest vote in 2024)
b) super slow enrolment suggesting 3,4...7 (lol) more years to go. lol
c) 8 years of flat price ... they forgot Phase 3 didn't quite get there, but clearance to proceed to 3b with favourable terms, and Breakthrough Device destination was granted...while Covid happened and likely added 3 years due to unprecedented ICU disruption.
So now we are supposed to believe their ridiculous grand conspiracy theory whereby minority shareholders are somehow going to be duped in the final inning of the game. By inference at least, we now know they seemingly admit that the endgame results in a win for Spectral ( but only for the " special" shareholders ) . Nice trick - perhaps they'll enlighten us all on the exact methodology for the scam that's about to be purpotrated on us poor unsuspecting SH'ers according to them.
Someone let me know if they ever come up with something plausible as the FUD runners remain on my ignore list.
