Can we at least have the courtesy

As fellow human beings, and citizens cohabitating on the same planet. To be updated in a timely fashion as to why there aren't 15 hospitals initialized. It had been a talking point for months. Why are we left wondering when and if it will happen? What kind of common courtesy is that?
