Will it trade today?

I'd like to pick up another 100K in my RSP account and I'm always willing to chase it for a chunk that size....But for 3 weeks my 4 different trading platforms won't accept my bid!

Even grabbing 10K worth is a pain in the A$$ if it's not showing on the ask. Impossible!

It's a mess at the moment...
