Why are there no dollar figures with these deals?

IMO the reason that EDT stock languishs around even with recent annoucements of partnerships and deals with the VA is that there are no dollar amounts associated with them.
Which makes the market suspicous of what these deals entail.

Most other companies that annouced deals usually give a dollar figure assocciated with them.

I would appreciate ani insight into why these EDT deals have not dollar amount details.
