Also no mention of using proceeds from the raise towards starting the DIMI trial.
What is going on here!

That suggests to me that there is likely a separate deal on Dialco being discussed or in the works otherwise proceeds from raise would be used for both. Value discovery?

if your glass is overflowing but if it's only half full... it looks like there's some kind of issue. Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't have there been a partner already announced. Hasn't this been pushed back 2 years in a row. How do you still keep up the optimism.. or do they pay you?

That's what it suggest to me as well. Newco gets another month and a half to get their chit in order is how I read that part.
