So it is Baxter adding to their Spectral investment

Baxter has invested an additional US$2,500,000. into Spectral through "notes".

It is great news that Baxter is backing the Tigris trial with another 2.5million dollar investment. So why did Spectral try to bury the news with the whole "strategic commercial partner" nonsense?

Is it more withholding of material info?

Was Spectral worried that the share price could rise on news of further Baxter investment- before the financing?

Time to commit to being transparent Seto. (confirmed partner #2?, Baxter milestone payment secrets?)

Thankfully there are legal filings that reguire the info that's somehow withheld from offical News Releases.

Thx & Congrats ! not an easy confirmation ( of Baxter's participation) to find in a smattering of legal documents filed with SeDAR on October 28th  ...and it was contained in one that is 60 pages long !  Classic Spectral Marketing.  here's some clarity on another matter : ( note: I suspect Chief Marketing Officer should really read Chief Medical Officer

Thanks, MM! I had sent off an email, last week, to get clarification on the Chief Marketing Officer (vs Chief Medical Officer) wording but never got a response!!!! I do have to say that I did get a prompt response from Mr. Amory on another topic! NICE!

Almost for sure they meant Chief Medical Officer - fits with what JK was granted.  Likely some secretary at the law office messed up. Besides, the Chief Marketing Officer has been shurking his repsonsibilities.  From my perspective, he has always turned up missing. What's up with Amory? MM

For a 30 billion dollar company... that's probably like their quarterly expense for floor cleaner. Why didn't they just give them 20-40 million so they don't have to keep going from bank to bank holding their hat out. Auxly cannabis got 120 million from IB for a coin toss.
