when did Dialco deal fall apart

Did the board and or executives know, or should have known, that the Dialco deal had or was falling  apart before the completion of the last round of financing.

As a follow up today Dec 19 2022 there is still nothing posted on Sedar.  So none of the material agreements related to the Spectral and Infomed deal have been disclosed.  Time for some transparency and adherence to disclosure duties.

The Infomed "deal" PR was filed six days ago on Dec 13th. The law requires the contract/ material agreement be released within 10 days. So that makes Friday Dec 23rd as the last day to disclose. What would that say about a comapny and it's management's integrity if they sat on a signed contract for 10 days and tried to hide it into the Christmas hollidays? Are they that afraid
