The share price dropped 20% on no news. 

The volume jumped from the typical under 10k traded to over 600k traded.

The find the last time EDT traded this volume you'd go back 6 months to the news of the FDA "Breakthrough Device Designation"

Very suspicious trading on no news.

So, has inside information on "Material Change" leaked?
Or
Has MM's north star the "Alberta 80" sold off a chunk in order to sabre rattle before the BOD meeting?

Either should be troubling to shareholders.


For those who are not aware the "Alberta 80" is said to be a group of insiders- Geise, Funk, Hesby, etc. who are rumored to own 80+million shares of Spectral- and were connected to the often mentioned Medwell / BioMS situation.

Not my North star at all, just another factor to throw into the hopper.  Not necessarily putting them into the category of "smart money" but I would guess, based on Board representation and influence, that they are more likley to be "in the know".  As with 1984, "some ...are more equal than others."
