The  Post is not an error....It is Fact! Read what he said. He did not say it was The Milestone, he said is was an Infusion of a total of around $13m CAD which combines Milestone and their participation in the financings. This shows BAXTER is supporting and behind Spectral. The Milestone amount was around $5m  BAXTER knows full well they have a Goldmine but doesn't want too much

Seto said in the CC that Baxter had previously participated in the Convertible to bthe tune of 3,5 million... He did not mention USD or CAD I presume he meant CAD  so 3,5 million plus 2 million is just over 5 million NOT 13,5 MILLION CAD as posted by MM

You can't fix stupid.  total contribution by Baxter to Tigris  don't forget tranche #1 $5M USD ( or about $6.5m CAD

My take on the 13.5 was that it was what Baxter has participated cumulatively to date, So initial 5mm payment when distribution was signed, 2.5mm first convertible, 2.5 second convertible, and then the 2mm at the 90 patient milestone.  That's 12mm and I'm not going to waste time going back to see which of those were in USD or CAD.  I think there are much better things to think

Thx BJ  that should put the issue to bed for the basher(s)  it appears that, all told,  I may have understated the total contributions thus far by our >$20 B market cap distribution partner...before being called a liar.  ... I prefer to be conservative with my posts and prognostications ;)

palinc2000...you need to actually do the work a normal investor would do.  So do some reading (it's there) and get yourself up to date.  But don't pester others for information you should get by yourself. I agree it's a waste of our time doing your work for you.  DYODD
