RE:RE:Something up in London?

RE:RE:Something up in London?Yes, very strange that there was that early burst of buying in London, which is why I highlighted it.

There is undoubtedly some arbitrage going on - but difficult for private investors to get involved, as it's not so easy to get stock transferred between the Canadian depository and CREST.

Believe it or not, I'm still waiting for my original stock to be tradeable in London. Apparently my broker had to get physical certificates sent from Canada and is now waiting for those certificates to be dematerialised into CREST. Luckily, I have no desire to sell any in the near future. Nearly 2 months since the Scheme became effective!

Most of the trading in London must be by professionals, as it's occurring directly on the LSE whereas most private investors transact on the indirect RSP market maker network.

Today's London volume now well over 500k shares - much better.
