09:52 AM EDT, 06/22/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Fitch Ratings said Wednesday that it expects to assign a BBB+(EXP) long-term debt rating to Element Fleet Management Corp.'s (EFN.TO) proposed issuance of three-year, senior unsecured notes.

The actual issuance size, fixed rate of interest, and final maturity date will be determined at the time of issuance.
