08:01 AM EDT, 08/27/2020 (MT Newswires) -- Fleet management services provider Element Fleet Management Corp. (EFN.TO) announced Thursday the planned departure of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Vito Culmone in early 2021, and the beginning of a search for his successor.

According to a statement, Culmone joined Element as CFO in mid-2018 as part of a new leadership team. "With the company in a much stronger, lower-risk position and the transformation finishing at the end of 2020," Culmone will depart Element next year, it said. He plans to remain with Element until his successor is in place to ensure a smooth transition, it added.

Element said it has retained an international search firm to identify a successor.
