That is not correct, it depends what the reason for the reverse split is. What you are describing does happen, but mostly with worthless companies with no prospect, whose stock have gone to 1 to 5 cents becuase they have had repeated financing throughout the year. They do a reverse split to raise the price so they can do another financing. In those cases, yes the stock price eventually falls down to where it was before the split.
But there are plenty of legitimate companies who do a reverse split and their stock continues without any major retracement to the downside. It depends on the company and the reason they are doing it. In this case EFR is positioning itself as a serious uranium producer in North America, with a vast portfolio of reserves. This is not a hyped up company with just a story.
