Outlook Well, from the quarterly news release one can deduce that we will have short tern pain and long term gain. While things look great for the latter part of 2013 and 2014, EFR warned that short term the price of U might even dip under $40 before the long march upwards begins.
We must be terribly close to the bottom with this stock, even after the company states that short term we might dip under $40, the stock didn't move lower. Seems to me only long term holders are left and all day/swing traders are gone.
I have mentioned several times on this board that U stocks can stay dormant for a long time, but when the U price turns, these stocks jump in a short period of time. One such period that I witnessed was in 2006/2007. I am not saying it can repeat itself, right now we have way too many shares for a move like we had in 2006. But having said that, I would be a very happy camper with 1/4 of the move of that year. Please do your own DD, everything here is just my opinion and I have certainly been wrong before.
Enjoy your weekend,
