Advice, don't just do some primary research on this company. Find out the reasons why they have so many shares outstanding. What have they been doing the past two years, what are their assets, where are they strategically located, what are these assets worth... etc
You would have to do extensive DD on this one, and what is happening in the U market, to see the full potential of where this stock price could be going in the future. Warning, this is not a daytraders stock, think at least 18 months, but think big!
