Management Response Regarding AldershotWhat a class act this management is at EFR. Makes me feel good about having my money invested here. This is Saturday, yet within a couple of hours they responded to my question...
"Hello xxxxxx:
Thank you for the email. I apologize for the delayed response. I didn't have cell service for awhile this morning.
In short, this was a release by Aldershot, not Energy Fuels. Regardless, this transaction is immaterial from Energy Fuels' standpoint. First, we were likely going to drop these properties in the next month or so, as claim maintenance fees are due soon. Yet, for these properties, we are getting $10,000 cash and a royalty. We obtained these properties in the Titan transaction in Feb. 2012. We did an assessment of them over the last year. Based on that, we believe they are of little value. This is why we didn't press release the news. But, we are happy to take a little cash and a royalty on properties we were dropping anyway.
In addition, if you'd like to have a call with our CFO and me on Monday (or any other time next week), please let us know. Send me a few times that work for you.
I hope this answers your question. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Curtis"
As I have said many times before, the biggest asset EFR has, is its management. A class act in my opinion,
