"to consider and, if thought advisable, pass a special resolution authorizing an amendment to the articles of the Corporation providing that the Corporation’s issued and outstanding common shares be consolidated on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for up to everyfifty (50) existing common shares"
This does not tell me they will definitely do the consolidation right now, rather to consider, if advisable, to authorize and amend the articles of corporation.
Nevertheless, it seems this has spooked some shareholders, who are bailing. I certainly hope they don't do the consolidation right now before the U price has started to move... that would be a mistake imo.
