Am I missing out on something

Am I missing out on somethingI am not a shareholder but trying to understand what is so bad with this company. Results were good. I understand backlog is maybe lower and nat gas price is low. Oil price is pretty steady. Uncertainty with management (which I believe they did good aquisitions based on experience of new members). 
Am I missing out on something bigger?
Could they get bought out?
