RE: RE: Weakening with a financing - not good

On a positive note, the most recent $6.5 M financing was all institutional investment. As well new company Mason Graphite, who now has a $39M market cap, purchased their Lac Guéret Graphite Property  from Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. The asset-purchase agreement for the aqusition was $15 million (U.S.) including issuance of warrants and no royalties. I like the fact that Cliffs has a small interest in Mason Graphite, but has a 7% ownership in Energizer. My thinking is that once resource is proven up, Energizer shareholders will be bought out and handsomely rewarded.

                                                                                        Good luck to all, Luckygreen
