Personally, I think that it is inappropiate for a company to be issuing options like this. Many investors have invested their hard earned cash at far higher prices. They have had to watch the share-price decimated and then watch insiders load up on very discounted options. Massive blue sky for these guys, a long way for the rest of us to go just to recoup our investments, let alone make any money.
I could go on, but for now will leave it at that.
