great news??Ya I agree, Energizer has delivered positive developments time after time and the share price never really does anything, it did have a good jump on the release a little while back but its nearly back to where it started at, volume seems fine but I guess part of the problem might be that they have a fairly large float and also the political situation hasn't been resolved yet but seems to be getting closer to a positive outcome, as long as the company is having positive developments is what i'm mostly concerned with anyways. JMHO.
