RE:SAGAR PROPERTY ? ? what i read from the below paragraph in today's PR is they want to develop it to sell it or do a JV and get cash for it. if so, they are thinking the cash return for the project is more than the amount raised, or whatever amount is used to develop it to JV/selling standards. then the cash proceeds from that will be used for Molo. sounds like a good plan, if they can sell it.
