I know how you feel, i have been holding and sold some on the spikes, bought lower thanks to the giga factory spike. Its all about to fall in place pending the FFS figures are good, then CAT can follow through their LOI, if theY are able to sign a deal with a offtake agreement this will be the place to have your money.
