Some interesting points - and I hope you are right.  Your rationale however, applies to a reasonably well-run company with competent management, not a self-evident train wreck like ENZR.

Regarding the mining permit - your use of future tense is incorrect.  They ARE (and have been) having trouble getting this permitting.  This is by virtue of the observed fact that they have been at this since 2012 without sucess. If you go back through their PR's over the previous 4-5 years, it is failed timeline after failed timeline after failed timeline.

There's slow.  Then there's ridiculous. Then there's 'somethings not right'. ENZR is somewhere in the second and third categories.

If we were having this dicusssion in 2013-2015, I would agree with you; at least in principle. Not at this point in time however.

That being said, I appreciate the informative post.  You raise some worthwhile points.
