Note that we are now into the third year since the Maladagscar election - and still no permit.

Your point about new entrants is 100% on the money.  ENZR is not a new entrant however. Over the past 3 or 4 years, they have - by their own admission - travelled the world and approached several dozen or so potential off-takers in various countries and on multiple continents. Not to mention every graphite-related conference under the sun.

The ENZR message is definitely out there.  The story has been told, but no one is buying the book. On paper and to listen to ENZR management, it looks an absolute no-brainer; which leads me back to my underlying point - what are they hiding? Something just is not adding up with these guys.  One potential off-taker after another has run a slide rule over this and said 'no thanks' (or perhaps 'maybe later').
