Looks like they've been slowly moving this thing up in anticipation of news and a run.  It would be good to continue this slow move up to mitigate any technical gaps prior to a good PR to reduce the possiblilty of the share price making a brief technical move back down (if one pays attention to candlestick charting). If we got the mining permit, I would think that they would have made a ...more

Word around the block is Tesla Motors is loading up to secure long term graphite supply.
