EIT would probably have to sell additional units through ATM to cover cost of distributions.....The current cashflow is not sufficient according to the latest financials reports.....JHMO!

Nav here at 14.28 for years this has traded just 20 cents behind nav. Currently almost 60 cent. One day soon this will catch up should be trading over 14$.

Nav is at 14.07 and stock trading at 13.54 it usually trade around 20 cents lower and has for years it will catch up soon. Should be in the 13.85 range.
