It's going to get cheaper than this, NAV is rearward looking.  Things are a changing over the whole world right now.  We're in the midst of a financial hurricane and way to many folks are fighting the Feds.  I also notice that a lot of the ''talking head advisors" on different financial sites and channels are promoting stocks that they're likely unloading

I agree it may drop more. Better deal but, 9% Yeild not to bad. I will buy more if it drops further and it just might I agree. Cash is king but, not if it's doing nothing

Sadie don't pay any attention to the soft bashers this is the most well run fund  out there.I recieve $.10 per month per share and have done for 10 years.
