From what I heard from the news, majority of the cases started from individual that went to Mexico (mainly in Spanish immersions classes (New-York + Canada + Australia cases), or vacations (England cases). Then it it transmitted to people localy.
As for the number, Actually I'm surprised that we don't have more reported! I don't know how many planes land & take-off from Mexcio city every day, but my guess is that the number of people getting in/out every day are in the five digits.
What you have in mind? You think it's a conspiracy or something? :)
