I was going to buy this morning but changed my mind.
REASON: A & A
Lets be realistic:
Pros - technology
Cons;
- Have done nothing to enhance shareholder value & I mean nothing. On the contrary, by letting the FDA get away
so did all the investors.
- Spreading so many rumors on deals & never never delevering. By the time they announce they have fixed the mask production problem, H1N1 will be far gone.
- One of the worst investor relations team i've ever seen. (Desjardins Antimicrobial Filtration Technology deal)
No amounts for the contract, "The parties have agreed to keep the financial terms and conditions of this agreement confidential." That's why we get no movement on the sp. News went like a non-smelly fart in the wind.
- Naming a no-name like Alain Falardeau to the head of EKO -
recherched this guy = nothing .... what a joke.
etc, etc, etc.......
To think that so many of you worship A & A, at least if they where BUYING shares on the open market instead of giving each other shares by ways of BONUSES.
My 2¢, fire all the mgmt staff, hire a known CEO with a reputation in the field & hire rickydee as director of IR.
