Given that ECM appears to be a good business on it's own right, I think it would sell quicker than BLI.
They had better have some good visibility that the filter business is going to hold up their cash flow going forward if they are going to get rid of ECM.
I wonder when they will be able to go straight to filter sales rather than give everyone a ?free extended trial period.
