marginAgreed - But that knife cuts both ways. Volatility can work for you as well as against. By paying cash I could buy say 3000 shares but with margin I hold 10,000 . I felt it was undervalued, averaged $6.18, and placed a large bet. Am hoping to make a large deposit when the dust settles but its a risky game to play.
Hodson just came on marketcall and he doesn't own it right now but thinks it is a likely take-over candidate in the near-term. Heavy volume trading right now suggests take-over speculation or a leak although if it were a leak it would be much higher already. It seems to be one of the few positive movers in a weak gold market, which on heavy volume suggests something.
I feel good about this holding and see alot of potential upside in the near-term.
